Delivery Terms

  • The delivery time is 4-16 working days to EU countries.
  • We will ship orders every working day.
  • You can use 1 campaign code / order.
  • When your order has been packed, you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation. We don't give information about your order to external partners.
  • Customers outside EU can make orders without VAT. In that case you need to be registered and then send e-mail: info@sisushop.fi. We can change your account before you make your order.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs Finland: 3.95 - 6.95€ 
  • Shipping costs EU: 9.00€ 
  • Shipping costs outside EU: 25.00€

 

RETURNS

  • You can return products within 14 days at your own expense (return is free only in finland). The products must be in non-used condition.  

 

SETTLEMENT ARGEEMENT

  • If a dispute concerning a sales agreement is not settled by negotiation between the parties, the customer can refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for a decision on the matter.
  • Prior to contacting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board handling, the consumer have to take contact the magistrate's Consumer Center (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
